Vegan banana (flourless!) ooey gooey brownies!



Who says vegans can't have brownies!? No one anymore!! :)

First step - preheat the oven to 350 degrees

For batter:
1.5 mashed bananas
2 packets stevia
2 Tbs unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
4 Tbs ground flax seeds
2 Tbs + 1 tsp water or almond milk
15g or 3 Tbs vanilla rice protein powder (can substitute with 2-3 Tbs oats)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp salt
Mix until smooth batter forms

Grease a pan with 1 tsp oil and pour batter on. Spread out evenly, about 1/2 - 1 inch thick

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until you can poke it with a toothpick and it comes back pretty much clean.

{Makes about 4 brownies... the picture only has 3 because I just enjoyed one :) and not only are they healthy, but they are delicious!}
