Fettuccine vegfredo






















This, my friends - is the ultimate comfort food, veganized! Are you ready to dig into something delicious?!

Cook 1 serving of whole wheat pasta

For the vegfredo sauce, put the following in your blender:
1/4 block (or 3 ounces) of silken tofu
2 Tbs nutritional yeast
2 Tbs water
1 tsp salt

Blend!

Shred 2 large carrots with a vegetable peeler to make the carrot 'noodles'

Toss the pasta with the carrot noodles and pour on the divine vegfredo sauce!
