Pumpkin pie oatmeal

If you love oatmeal and you know it, clap your hands! Shout out to my favorite breakfast food - oatmeal!
Waking up to this delicious breakfast is the perfect way to start your day.



Directions:

-In a large bowl (so that it doesn't bubble over), cook 1/2 c oats, and 1 c water for 4 minutes in the microwave.

-Take out, add 1/2 c almond milk and 1/4 c pumpkin puree.
 
-Put back in the microwave and cook for 3-4 more minutes.

-Take out and add 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 2-3 packets of stevia.

-Top with your favorite toppings (ideas: coconut, banana, berries, granola, chocolate chips, more cinnamon, nut butter, nuts, etc.)
