Banana bread

Who doesn't love banana bread? I can't think of anyone. So, I'm sure you'll love this recipe! It's fluffy, but gooey, perfectly sweet, and will awaken your taste buds!

Directions:

In a bowl, mash 2 bananas.

To the mashed banana, add:
-3/4c almond flour
-1 tsp cinnamon
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-3-4 packets of stevia or sweetener of your choice
-1/4c + 2 Tbs almond milk
-2 tsp baking powder

Mix until it forms a batter-like consistency.

Grease a medium sized loaf pan with 1 tsp oil.

Pour in the batter.

Bake at 395 degrees for 50-60 minutes.

(Note: when you take it out and it's still warm, you may notice that the inside might be a little mushy (depending on how big your bananas were). Don't worry about this! It's fully cooked. Let it completely cool and it will magically turn into a fluffy texture.

(makes 3 large slices of banana bread)

Cool fact: each slice of banana bread has about 8 grams of protein (from the almond flour)!
