Cheezy & nutty baked rice and vegetable casserole




All the best flavors - combined to perfection!

In a casserole dish, put the following:
1/2c cooked rice
2/3c of the cheeze sauce from this recipe
1 c steamed broccoli
1 steamed and chopped zucchini
1/4 c cashews

Mix until cheeze sauce covers everything.

Top with 1 Tbs nutritional yeast.

Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.

{Serves one}
