Vegan mac and cheeze ... with a secret ingredient!
































 Are you ready to hear the secret ingredient?!

... It's ....

Sweet potato!

Recipe

Cook 2 cups of your favorite kind of pasta.

Meanwhile, the cheeze sauce:
-Cook one medium sweet potato in the microwave.
-Remove the skin and put in your blender.

To your blender, also add:

-1/4c nutritional yeast
-1 tsp salt
-3/4 cup unsweetened plain almond milk

Blend!

While your pasta is cooking, prepare your vegetables.

Cook your favorite vegetables (I used mushrooms and broccoli) in the microwave for about 2 minutes (so that they're about half way cooked through).

Once your pasta is ready, mix pasta with cheeze sauce and vegetables.
Top with 1-2 Tbs nutritional yeast

Bake at 400 degrees for 17-20 minutes.
