Vegan pizza!
Did you think you couldn't eat delicious pizza as a vegan? Think again because with this recipe, you can!
Ingredients:
2 small or medium tortillas
1/3c tomato sauce
mushrooms
roasted corn
2 oz vegan cheese (I used Veg Cuisine brand of Soy Feta, but you could also use Daiya vegan cheese)
1 Tbs nutritional yeast
Directions:
-Preheat oven to 375 degrees
-Spread sauce on tortillas, then top with vegetables
-Cook for about 7 minutes (or until half way done)
-Add vegan cheese
-Cook for an additional 5-8 minutes (or until done)
-Top with nutritional yeast, slice, and enjoy!
