Raw vegan coconut cookie dough balls covered in chocolate sauce































 Cookie dough balls:

In your blender, put the following ingredients:

-4 large pitted medjool dates
-5 Tbs shredded coconut
-1-2 tsp agave nectar
-1 tsp vanilla extract

Blend!

Then roll into balls.

Chocolate sauce:

Melt 1 ounce of dark chocolate (30-40 seconds in the microwave) with 1 tsp agave nectar.

Drizzle the cookie dough balls with chocolate sauce!
