Strawberries 'n cream pancakes
For batter:
Mix 1/2c flour, 1/2c almond milk, 2 stevia packets, and 1 tsp baking powder.
Grease pan with 1 tsp oil and make first pancake
Cook on one side for 2-3 minutes or so
Flip and cook 1-1.5 more minutes
Repeat 3 more times
For strawberry cream sauce:
1/4 block silken tofu
1 packet stevia
1/2c fresh strawberries
2 Tbs water or almond milk
BLEND! (in a high power blender)
Layer and top pancakes with sauce and serve :)
