Purple oatmeal? Yes! It's sweet and fruity, while being warm and delightful.
In a large bowl (so that it doesn't bubble over in the microwave), combine:
1/2c (slow cooking) rolled oats
1/2c water
1/2c almond milk
Microwave for 4 minutes.
Take out, add 1/2c almond milk and 1/2c blueberries.
Microwave for 4-5 more minutes (or more if the blueberries are really juicy) .
Stir in 2 packets of stevia and 1/2 tsp cinnamon.
Top with 2 Tbs cashew butter.
