Crust: 7 dates, pitted + 1 ounce of almonds -> blend in blender
Mold crust into a bowl
Filling: 1c cherries. Set aside half of the cherries, and blend together with 1 Tbs almond milk and 2 dates.
Layer the other half of the cherries with the cherry sauce onto the crust
Top with coconut
Simple as that!
