Chocolate chip cookie oatmeal
Cookies in the form of oatmeal?! You read correctly!
In a bowl, combine following ingredients:
-3/4 mashed banana
-1 packet stevia
-1/2c oats
-1c almond milk
-2 Tbs vanilla rice protein powder *(optional)*
-1 tsp vanilla extract
Store in the fridge overnight
In the morning, mix in vegan chocolate chips and serve cold :)
