Carob velvet oatmeal with apricots, pumpkin seeds and coconut
Ingredients:
1/2c oats
1/2c almond milk
1c water
2 packets stevia
1 Tbs carob powder
2 apricots
2 Tbs pumpkin seeds
1 Tbs shredded coconut
Directions:
-Cook oats in 1c water for 4.5 mins in microwave in a large bowl so that it doesn't bubble over
-Add milk and carob. Stir. Microwave 3-4 more minutes
-Add stevia and mix.
-Serve hot and top with pumpkin seeds, sliced apricots, and shredded coconut
