Broccoli, sweet potato, pinto beans, and avocado



To assemble:

2 cups raw broccoli -> steam in the microwave and plate
Top with 1 steamed sweet potato
Add 1/2c cooked pinto beans
Add 1/4 mashed avocado on top
And top with 1 Tbs nutritional yeast
