Carob oatmeal with cashews and strawberries
Ingredients:
1/2c oats (rolled/old fashioned,not instant)
1c water
1/2c almond milk
1 Tbs carob powder
2 packets stevia
1/2 oz cashews
1/2c chopped strawberries
Directions:
-Cook oats in water in microwave for 4 minutes (use a large bowl to keep from bubbling over)
-Add carob and almond milk
-Cook 3-4 more minutes
-Add stevia and mix
-Transfer into a serving bowl
-Top with cashews and strawberries
