Vanilla cinnamon pancakes with cashew cream sauce




Ingredients:
1/2c flour
1/2c unsweetened almond milk + 2 Tbs water
1/2 scoop vegan vanilla rice protein powder (15g)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp oil
2 Tbs cashew butter

Directions:
-In bowl, mix together flour, almond milk, protein powder, cinnamon, and vanilla
-Grease pan with oil
-Make first pancake and cook on first side for 2-4 mins or until it bubbles
-Flip and cook 1-2 more mins
-Repeat 3 more times (makes 4 pancakes)

For cashew cream sauce:
2 Tbs cashew butter + 3 Tbs almond milk
Whisk together and microwave for 30 seconds. Whisk again and top pancakes with the sauce
